  • No smoking allowed (including vaping).
  • Minimum age to book: 25 years.
  • Children allowed. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • No events or parties allowed. If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
  • If determined that a party took place during the stay, the reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and will occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • Be respectful of the house and contents. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Please review the cancellation policy. Insurance is highly recommended.

Fees and Payments

  • Fresh linens and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
  • Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Limited Damage Waiver Fee.
  • Pet Fee: A non-refundable fee of $250 will be added if you bring a dog. The pet fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
